It is located at the intersection of the Chinatown International District, Pioneer Square and the Central Business District, and within a block of the city’s main transit and light rail hub for exceptional access throughout town. An innovative set of amenities includes an on-site co-working facility, numerous landscaped outdoor spaces for residents and a variety of first-floor dining and shopping options. Currently, KODA only has 50 units remained for priority presales.
